LICENSE AGREEMENT  —CHECKLISTS ’R US

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the digital products, checklists, frameworks, templates, guides, and related materials provided by Checklists ’R Us (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, downloading, or using any licensed materials (“Licensed Content”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Licensed Content.

 

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Content for:

  • Your personal use

  • Your internal business use

  • Use within your immediate team or household (unless otherwise restricted)

This license does not transfer ownership.

 

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • View, download, and print the Licensed Content for your own use

  • Use the checklists, frameworks, and templates to support your personal or professional workflows

  • Apply the concepts within your organization

  • Share insights or outcomes derived from the Licensed Content (not the content itself)

 

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Licensed Content

  • Share paid content outside your organization

  • Upload Licensed Content to public repositories, forums, or shared drives

  • Claim the Licensed Content as your own

  • Create derivative products that compete with Checklists ’R Us

  • Use the Licensed Content to train AI models or automated systems

  • Reverse‑engineer, extract, or recreate proprietary frameworks

If you need expanded rights, request a commercial license through Commercial Licensing.

 

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Licensed Content is owned by Checklists ’R Us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive usage rights, not ownership.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you rights to:

  • Our brand

  • Our trademarks

  • Our proprietary frameworks

  • Our underlying methodologies

 

5. Organizational Use

If you are using the Licensed Content on behalf of a company, you represent that:

  • You have authority to bind the organization

  • The organization accepts responsibility for compliance

  • All users within the organization will follow this Agreement

For multi‑team or enterprise licensing, request Enterprise Licensing.

 

6. Restrictions on Redistribution

You may not:

  • Email the Licensed Content to others

  • Upload it to shared drives (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Publish it on internal or external knowledge bases

  • Include it in training programs, workshops, or courses

Unless you have a written redistribution license.

 

7. Modifications

You may make light, internal‑use modifications (e.g., adding your company’s steps or notes), but:

  • Modified versions remain subject to this Agreement

  • You may not distribute modified versions

  • You may not remove copyright notices

 

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may terminate your license immediately if you:

  • Violate any provision of this Agreement

  • Misuse or redistribute the Licensed Content

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Upon termination, you must:

  • Stop using the Licensed Content

  • Delete all copies in your possession

  • Cease distribution within your organization

 

9. No Professional Advice

The Licensed Content provides general guidance only.

It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Consult qualified professionals for specialized needs.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Licensed Content is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Specific outcomes

Use at your own discretion.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Content

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; only lawful limits apply.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Checklists ’R Us from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Licensed Content

  • Your violation of this Agreement

  • Your infringement of third‑party rights

 

13. Updates to Licensed Content

We may update, revise, or replace Licensed Content at any time.

You may receive updates depending on your purchase or subscription tier.

 

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
